There’s a book I think by John Barry about the 1918 flu and everyone did literally the same things as in 2020. Politicized it, refused masking, fought vaccinations, the whole thing. Great read.

Ah no. A salad was anything combined with anything else but not cooked (again). This led to some true abominations at the table. Too often, mayonnaise (and not even mayonnaise but Miracle Whip) served as the binder.
Used to be in this industry. Buildings are meaningless until the equipment is moved in, then you can rely on an actual fan startup.

I’ve got 33bit Mint on an Aspire One, runs OK
I run Mint on an Acer Aspire One, 1 gig and an Atom, and it works fine. Slow and won’t play videos of course but is usable for web stuff and email etc.
That’s what I have, except networked. . Works fine. Just meant out of all the things, printers are still the hardest

Nope I haven’t had trouble with drivers in a while. Printers are still probably thr worst but not bad.
