Good history, policies, and software. ivpn and airvpn appear to be the only other legitimate choices to me, especially is you are northern hemisphere and a windows user, as most people are. Southern hemisphere and linux it is a bit trickier.

The ‘issue’ is not a “dip” in June, the issue is the May data/variance, as well as the April data/variance. June appears normal.
surfshark (apparently) having tracking was enough to make me not bother looking much further into them. With so many choices, the easiest way is to omit those who seem problematic (kape, 87% off!!!, logs, tracking etc)

#3 is not something I have seen before, seems an odd choice for them Their server list is over 75 pages on their website, a pain in the arse to assess, the app itself appears to give no indication of servers, you have to guess, or search.
The recent contact I have had with ivpn suggests the company is genuine, and customer service is good. Unfortunately they do not tick the boxes for me re: linux software, and southern hemisphere servers. Definitely worth considering if in northern hemisphere though, maybe even south for some.
