I do cook at home, the bready things I make are with basically corn flour. I have wheat flour, but I don’t even know how old it is… A new thing to learn!

I have always wanted to try Chicago (and Detroit) style. Unfortunately the one time I was in Chicago, my Amtrak layover wasn’t long enough to find that many options and I ended up at some vegan place a few blocks away.
Ya, where I live, trees don’t necessarily grow even along the river or in the mountains. Berry season is great, tho!
I have a cheese problem. Not sure if it counts as being stuck on it as it has been my entire life. I will eat cheese with peanut butter. Peanut butter Mac in cheese 🤤
This image also illustrates how artificially brown crop land is. I live in the intermountain west and didn’t expect to see that ground color in Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio…
I can’t view the image for some reason, but I’ve been single my whole life, I am middle aged, and sometimes get mail for Mr and Mrs rhythmisaprancer. I don’t care so much about that, but I am more worried about the mail I get at my elderly parent’s house that I have never lived at.
Well dang, I’ve spent my whole life around people who lived this, but never been one. I’m still bummed. I’m sure the actual community is. 84 is a pretty good run, tho.
Given your last update, I am curious is that follows with meeting the “acceptable targets” that @pandapoo@sh.itjust.works mentioned. This seems bad, but it is also complicated.
Another “as a black man”
I had to look up enby, and you have a good point. I don’t have an answer to that. I’m not sure what the best option is there. I think that Doctor is viewed as neutral at this point, but it isn’t for me to say. I mentioned the above for historical purposes but we could have options!
As I understand it, Doctor is originally a male form, and Doctrix is female. FWIW
I don’t see it as unfinished. It might be a little bit of lost in translation, but I think it makes sense. Essentially, if you are able, you can do it.
It has yet to not shock me how many of these employers cannot see the optics of their demand to end remote work. This one is pretty bad, tho.
Folks using any sort of adaptive equipment already have an increased likelihood of repair challenges. This move is not surprising, I suppose, with all sorts of things moving to unnecessary subscriptions or repair materials only available to dealers. However, in the US (ostensibly), anything sold thru Medicare etc can be regulated easier than a farm tractor or access van. Maybe there is hope.
technically possible temps will go down next year.
I sure hope so. But I think it would be bad to plan on luck alone (not that you are advocating for that).
It’s been awhile since I have seen talk about 2°, as if we have given up on that number. Maybe only in the US, where climate change isn’t even really discussed in a meaningful way by our two primary presidential candidates.
I have always assumed I get these due to some activist work I did 10+ years ago, but it seems particularly bad this cycle.
I am surprised also, the only person I know that uses one is an old cowboy that got hit by a truck 45 years ago and has mobility issues. He has a long wooden one, possibly designed for riding boots.
Agreed, mainly speculatory. So is this 🙂
I would expect the interpreters to be North Korean military people who are fluent in Russian. They can understand the order and then dictate it in a culturally appropriate manner. But this is Russia and DPRK, so they probably aren’t worried about that. I would also expect that the soldiers, are reporting to a normal unit commander for the same reason.
Like your final question mentions, at the end of the day, we dont really know what role they will fulfill. It could be logistical. It could be meat grinder.
Ya, Dogma was the first thing in my mind! This is pretty weird.
