I’m the same way! I think it’s because I’m friends with enough full on extroverts that my social battery fills up without me trying before I ever reach the point of thinking, “Hey, I’d like to chat / hang out with someone. I should reach out.”

Thanks for the reminder, time to play wingspan again.
Right, I’d be down for a tofu sandwich but why like that???
I guess it depends on your definition of “good” and “sucks.” Salt and vinegar kettle chips definitely aren’t nutritious, but as far as my tastes go, they are fucking good and definitely don’t suck.
Also Moldovia drinks the most alcohol but is 9th in wine, 10th in spirits and doesn’t even rank top 10 in any of the other categories…
The librarian at my school says “liberry.”
Haha, not sure if you intended the play on words, but yes it was a “blast”!
Tbf, I strongly relate to your top comment and am mostly not autistic, so I think it was worth putting out there.
This is one of those things that, if I can was in another country, if someone were to describe the base ingredients (like not literally spam but “pork” or whatever), I would think, “Not for me most of the time, but sounds like a tasty thing to try once.”
My mom grew up in the rural outskirts of Cincinnati and says youse. Meanwhile my dad, who grew up more inside the city, constantly made fun of her for it.
I got Cincinnati and two random places I’ve never even visited as my top three results, probably because my way of speaking is a super mixed bag from living in different places. Language is weird.
I was a bit older than their target audience, but it was one of my little sister’s favorites, so I’d catch bits and pieces. I also remember how popular Jack Russell Terriers were at the time. I got to help out at a Jack Russell Terrier dog show at one point, and that was super fun.
I’m a bi/pan woman and yes, that is an objective truth.
Nah, Walter lives on the other side of town.
Somehow just got the notification for this reply. He passed away a few years ago, so I guess that will remain a mystery.
My dad found out he was colorblind in kindergarten when he got an X on his coloring sheet for coloring the grass red. I can see how that would be an easy mistake to make if he had protanopia!
Similar story, when Kylo Ren died, my friend straight up busted out laughing. It was a bit contagious and a few others in the theater ended up laughing as well.
Similar, went to take your kid to work day with my dad sometime in the 90s. Looked at fractals and MC Escher art.
Same! I really thought there was something wrong with my brain for a minute there.
