I havent used my pinetime/watch in a very long time after the strap broke.
Recently i bought a strap that i was told would fit.
Unfortunately the strap around the metal prongs that are supposed to hold it in place seems to have been too thick and wont allow the prongs to actually hold. What strap would serve well without the thickness problem? If possible a specific name would be great, mainly due to me having to search up the name on german (im from austria).

thanks in advance.

Edit: the metal i am referring to are these:

The plastic around them appears to be too big to fit the watch itself

OK, so watches come with a few different standards for the pin length, the gap between the two metal rings that watch pins pop in to. The pine time seems to use 20mm bands, so searching for those on your internet purchase place of choice is the next step.

    https://pine64.org/documentation/PineTime/Accessory/Watch_band/

The documentation links to a couple of options in the link above, but any of the bands for a galaxy watch which are 20mm will do just as well. All you need is to make sure the pins are for a 20mm watch and the rest works itself out. Good luck!

I doubt I can help, as I’ve never heard of that. But maybe a picture from you or the internet could help others know specifically what you’re referring to?

apologies if i was unclear, i mean the metal thingies that keep the straps on the watch itself The picture has the plastic around them similarly thick as the ones i bought.
