I’m playing it right now. I finally got into the mountain
Metal Gear Solid and TLOZ Ocarina of Time. I have always been really into video games but before those two it was all fighting games and platformers for me. After those two games I understood that video games are just as much an art form as movies and music. Funny how they both came out within weeks of each other.

I recommend lishogi.org， change the peice set to dobutsu shogi, and play minishogi game. It’s great. Easy to pick up, even the fiddly bits
See how each piece has all the moves indicated on it? The boars is small so it’s not overwhelming
