Broccoli is delicious. So are pigs. Haven’t tasted polar bear yet.
Probably not very tasty. Apex predators that aren’t fish tend to taste very bad AFAIK.
Also, they contain a food chain’s worth of parasites, heavy metals, harmful microbes etc, which is suboptimal for any meal IMO…

They don’t specifically mention polar bear but I can’t imagine it’s all that different. Apparently some people really like the taste of bear meat.
