Anyway, Project Prevention already exists to pay meth addicts to voluntarily sterilize themselves (reversably). That’s actually a good cause, because the children of meth addicts have serious disabilities that cost taxpayers millions of dollars and cause a painful and unpleasant life – much better that that child be born to somebody else.
