I can relate… please don’t touch or annoy me or call me “fat” or ask if I’m pregnant at work. Respect.

Girl… I once had a subordinate at work ask me if I was expecting. I was bloated and standing with my stomach out kind of holding my hand on my hip. She felt terrible when I said “nope, just fat…” I never held it against her in any way, but didn’t feel good for sure.

Don’t ask until you can see the baby crowning… even then wait until the birth announcement for good measure.

The awkward exception to this is asking if a person wants your seat on a bus or subway.
