I had to watch some friends pugs for them whilst they were away, and it made me realise how much I dislike these type of dogs in general… they snore, they shit every hour, they need 4 walks a day, the constant snorting never ends, and their neediness and pettiness is boundless.
I was also firmly team cat, but my wife really wanted a dog. We now have two Spanish water dogs. These guys are clean, (mostly) well behaved and they don’t moult. They need long walks and activity, but that’s only agood thing as it keeps me going too. I have been converted.
