There are plenty of horrible criminals who have done the most heinous of crimes, and there is zero doubt of their guilt (literally caught in the act)., that deserves the death penalty. Even those scum deserve a fair trial. You make it sound like I want anyone "accused"of a horrible crime that they be instantly put to death 😆. But suspect whatever you like , it makes no difference to my opinion.

One can never be 100% sure even with signed confessions and video evidence.
