If you have a Chick-fil-A One account, now is a good time to change your password—and make sure it's one you don't use anywhere else.

To be fair, if I was going to reuse a password, it would be for a Chick-fil-A loyalty account.

Is there a direct financial incentive to do this? You can’t sell someone’s complementary chicken sandwich for bitcoin.

I would say data harvesting since you generally have payment information hooked up to it. But like even then you would think it would be much cheaper just buying it online.

The article says it got the last four of credit card, which is something, I guess, but superfluous to anyone in a situation to get the rest of it.
