I don’t understand how can ordinary Ukrainians stand this man and the most disastrous policy in 21st century.

No no , I think there is a considerable amount of population who strongly identify with the current nationalistic government. Same goes in India , majority upper caste Hindus identify with Hindutva ideology

Of course, but remember Zelensky was really elected as a peace candidate, so most of Ukrainians at least were on the lowest denominator of wanting the ongoing civil war to stop.

It’s like they had to choose between poroshenko and Zelensky… And the media manipulated the people with that damm show, servant of the people.

Tbf, Zelensky did try at the start. But changed course after being told he’d get killed if he went through with it.

Yeah, Zelensky pretty much is just a mere hostage to the Nazis surrounding him in the military, who are happy to have a Jewish actor there to downplay their presence and garner Western support. It is somewhat similar to how the military junta in Myanmar allowed Aung to serve as their country’s face to the outside world while still holding on to the actual power.

I wouldn’t call him “mere hostage”, he’s massively corrupt and embezzled giant amounts of money so he’s a huge opportunist if not nazi himself, but regardless, he does ride on not even one, but around three tigers at the same time: US, ukronazis, war - when those tigers stop going side by side he will have trouble.

Zelensky is a flip flop guy, once he told the media that they shouldn’t hype about Russian invasion the 2nd day he went to Munich and asked for nukes. This guy is literally brain dead. He is only living because of Western monies and weapons

The producer of that show has some, let’s say interesting, connections as well. Since the comedian became president this media mogul has gotten control of Ukrainian state media (which is essentially all legal media in the country).
