News / Nintendo Network Shutdown: 24 Hours Left

On my previous posts, you might have seen that I’ve been confused whether the shutdown is taking place at 12am or 1am BST. I am going to base it off that it’s happening at 1am from now on, Nintendo of America reports 4pm PDT but Japan reports 9am JST which really confuses me. Nintendo UK doesn’t specify a time but mentions April 8th… information is really conflicting regarding this.

Just 24 hours remain for online services on the #WiiU and #3DS consoles.

If you weren’t able to play over the weekend, be sure to play some games before 1am BST tomorrow!

We’ll be playing Splatoon 1 in 18 and a half hours from now, at 7:30pm BST for the last time. Be sure to join us if you want to splat some squids on Nintendo servers for the last time!
