Oooh hang on, I should probably warn people that this may cause conflicts with Wiimmfi on a Wii U. I’m aware Wiimmfi is available for unmodded consoles in a limited capacity like Pretendo, and that relies on changing DNS too from memory.
I wonder whether it’s possible for Pretendo and Wiimmfi to potentially work together on something unified regarding DNS settings.

To be honest, I should publish some of the questions I put towards the developer of the Splatoon ripoff game on Roblox a few years ago on here, especially with the Nintendo Network shutdown. I do want to eventually publish short text-based interviews here because it would be cool but I’m nervous.
Might draw some attention to it because I’d recommend checking it out, it’s really cool how they’ve been able to recreate Splatoon maps such as Mako-Mart from the group up.
Came back to this post considering I was browsing my DMs on the Roblox DevForum which included me sending this post to a friend that’s in the program and the items are still up…
Don’t get me wrong, I would love to have Splatoon items on Roblox and I find the Roblox Splatoon ripoff game so cool but we know Nintendo is going to come after this eventually. It would be cool if Nintendo did collaborate with platforms like this (or maybe Fortnite :sweeney:) though.

Didn’t expect to talk about how bad the Roblox UGC program is today on this account (it has gotten awful in recent months with suggestive accessories to copyrighted stuff). I remember reporting on UGC stuff in like 2021 previously and that was with creators stealing other creators items. Nothing has really improved in 3 years and Roblox still has a bright idea of making uploading various forms of UGC (that you need to join the program for) public. It’ll be disastrous imo as a user of the platform for 7 years if they do make it public.

I agree with your response but regarding the reselling part, the new owner may not know that it’s been dumped by someone and may inadvertently get banned. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone somewhere doesn’t accidentally play online.
We now have English information, interestingly it seems like Shiver and Frye come under Fire & Ice, not Deep Cut. I suppose that makes sense considering Big Man isn’t in this song 😥

Yes, there are.
The one I use is unfortunately tied to a server on Pleroma which is one of the most fediblocked servers. I’d use a different server but I don’t really know of any considering most of the big instances have gone offline afaik.
Nitter instances still work by people inputting credentials of Twitter accounts.
