600 cal?! Sjeesh. Puts into perspective how overkill desserts like these are. I just ran for an hour and (according to my watch) burned like 800-900 cal, which I don’t fully trust. One of these bad boys would probably undo all of the hard work
What’s crazy to me is that if you go to a smoothie place, they add sugar. I have to specify that my mango and fruit smoothies don’t require additional sugar cause their recipes add it for some reason
Learning to count calories/macros is a blessing and a curse… I’ve lost 25kg (nearly at optimal, then bulk/cut cycles start…), but I will never see food the same way.
Another way to look at it is that 600 calories is more than my typical dinner plate full of healthy proteins, veggies and good carbs.
Yeah that’s probably why it’s so noticeable to me as well. I’m not exactly counting calories yet, but I’ve been trying to reduce the amount of excess carbs and calories in my meals. So seeing this is quite the shock.
