Political simulator with some RPG elements. You play a mayor who got embroiled in a scandal that means he’s 99.999999% likely to not get reelected. The go of the game is to see how much havoc you can rain on the city, and how much debauchery you can get into, before election day.

Be fun the have little news adverts that pop up between bigger missions where they report on your shenanigans. Also maybe have some secret, super hard mission where you actually do clinch it and win reelection.
