Rudy shouldnā€™t be going through this, Rudy didnā€™t do anythingā€¦but I look at some of the other people, now, I didnā€™t know a lot of those people. I donā€™t know that I even met a lot of those people, but some I do. And their lives are destroyed by these maniacs. These are animals, these are vicious animals that have destroyed the lives of these peopleā€¦.and they donā€™t have a lot of money. And some of them did almost nothing; they donā€™t even know what theyā€™re being charged for.

Every time. Every single time.

A lot of people think that scams are always about a conman trying to convince them that theyā€™re legit. Some scams are, but many take the form of the conman signalling that he actually is running a scam, heā€™s scamming someone you donā€™t like, and heā€™s going to let you in on the scam if you help him.

The beauty of this kind of scam is the mark isnā€™t going to check on the conmanā€™s credentials, because the whole point is that heā€™s a shady guy thatā€™s running a scam, and the mark thinks theyā€™re going to get a share in the loot.

The famous Nigerian Prince scam is like this. Itā€™s obvious that the transaction isnā€™t legit, the ā€œPrinceā€ would just use legal means to get the gold out of the country if it were. No need for an internet stranger for a legitimate transfer of gold. Itā€™s obvious that the Prince is doing something shady, but heā€™s going to cut you in on the profits of the shady activity if you help him.

Many people on the right feel like Trump is scamming the libs, scamming the federal government, scamming news media. But not scamming them, because theyā€™re in on the scam! Pitiful rubesā€¦
