Forward, comrade!

  • Comrade, 7 years is not easy to simply overcome like it was nothing… A person 7 years by your side affects your own identity even, so it’s expected to be quite traumatic to experience a break up. You must be feeling like you lost a part of yourself, which in a sense, you did indeed. What you’re feeling is completely understandable and justified, you’re not wrong in feeling like this. I am currently in a 4 year long relationship and I would be as miserable as you if we broke up for some reason.

To engage in meaningless hookups and to go to social gatherings pretending you are okay is just postponing the inevitable, and may in fact be harmful to you psychologically. If you have close friends you can count to, I’d recommend seeing them occasionally, but outside of a party context. You’re definitely not in the spirit to party about anything.

You need to live your grief to its fullest. You need to cry, you need to stay alone for a while and spend enough time being miserable, because that’s how you feel. You need to express and feel your emotions instead of faking them to others, and you should definitely consider therapy. I know therapists can be annoying and seem useless, but just having someone to talk to is already something good for you, even if they can’t really help you or you feel “ok”.

You won’t feel satisfied in any other relationship until you learn to love yourself. The pain you’re feeling is because for 7 years you’ve loved yourself as an extension of your girlfriend, and now that she’s gone, you need to learn to love yourself apart from her.

Money wise, we are very safe, currently holding R$ 4020.71, enough to keep us running for almost 4 and a half years at current rates and prices. We keep receiving generous small but consistent donations including from editors (thanks comrade @Spanish_Commie@lemmygrad.ml!), and we currently have no use for this money, but we appreciate any donation nonetheless.

We would appreciate donations even more if donators engaged with us, gave us suggestions on how to use the money, or became members of ProleWiki in general, but it never happens unfortunately. We are more in need of people than money currently 😄

This only shows how much Wikipedia Foundation is just enriching a few select individuals, because if they only cared about demand like we do, they wouldn’t make a donation campaign every year. It’s just a large money funnel, because they have no need for so much donation campaigns

Though imagine the potential it has, to pay editors for their consistent work if we reach a very consistent flow of donations and comfortable range of money, democratically electing the 5 best editors and paying them proportionally based on socially perceived excellence. Here’s hoping @CriticalResist8@lemmygrad.ml and I get chosen. Most of our work is behind the scenes so no one would know how much time we spend discussing and promoting our project elsewhere lol. But obviously this is a very remote dream, and it’s fun to dream, as long as we recognize that we’re not even close to such conditions, but that could be a possibility.

  • COVID was lab-produced by the United States and the Pentagon. The US has historically used bioweapons both through wars (Korean War) and covertly (Cuba dengue epidemic) [those are just two examples].

In its desperate drive to compete against a fast rising China, the United States (DoS + Pentagon + CIA) preferred to sabotage world economy and hurt the two countries through a global pandemic than to let China outlast them very quickly. They could be seeking for more time to react to the rise of China.

The Foreign Ministry of China called in 2021 for investigations in the United States biological weapon facility Fort Detrick and the University of North Carolina, to which the United States never gave a response.

From January to August 2019, a few months before the pandemic, the United States ran a joint exercise called Crimson Contagion to test the capacity of the federal government to respond to a pandemic from China. It described the virus as a “respiratory virus [that] began in China”. The Times of Israel reported that the CIA alerted Israeli and NATO officials of a pandemic in China in November 2019, a month before China fist detected the virus and sent the information to the WHO (end of December 2019).
