I have been trying to go to bed at roughly the same time each night, regardless of how tired/sleepy I feel.
I have found that it actually does help with getting to sleep: even if I think I’m not tired when I go to bed, I actually fall asleep quite quickly.
it was effectively that: it was an email to the malfunctioning lists saying “we have received lots of emails alerting us to the issue. no need to reply”.
