For that kind of a meal I usually season simply with salt and pepper, but then make up a dressing or sauce to go over it, something like a pesto or maybe a carrot ginger dressing.

January, I took a five day weekend and in the middle of it was actually doing things I wanted to do and having fun, instead of my usual of trudging through work, making dinner, and going straight to bed after.
