I can only think of a video game of this name that was released 10 years ago. But I found that the Wayback Machine archived a domain name, apotheon.org, that has nothing to do with the video game (the game’s actual website is apotheongame.com). Why the domain name doesn’t infringe on the Apotheon’s video game trademark (assuming that the term was invented)?
