They mean that exercise won’t have the same sexual side effects that antidepressants can. Not that exercise will negate the sexual side effects of antidepressants.

Exercise promotes healthy bloodflow which is the source of boners.

Try Wellbutrin! It doesn’t act on serotonin receptors, so it doesn’t cause sexual issues. In fact, it increases it… by a lot…

But, exercising soon before sex can divert that blood to major muscle groups, so timing is key.
