Before you get too far, here is the finished product.

I call it Creature of the Night.
I have a bunch of photos of it like a proud father.
Toasted cheese+rice+bacon+spinach+avocado+pepperoni wrap? I’d try it.
SpinachChinese broccoli greens.
Was a real hodge podge and about as good as you’d think all those ingredients would be together
Alright, here’s a recipe if anyone wants to try this atrocity.
Ingredients
As much pepperoni as need to cover the bottom of your pan
3 anchovy fillets
Enough cheap dry mozzarella to cover the previous layer
Large tortilla size of bottom of your pan
2 slices of cooper american cheese (no substitutions unless we are talking swiss alps)
1/2 cup / 125ml of cooked rice
Tablespoon of hot sauce of choice
3 slices of bacon
3-4 leaves of Chinese mustard/broccoli leaf, rinsed and shredded
1/2 of old avocado you forgot you had in your fruit basket
Steps:
Obviously have made rice unless you have a pressure cooker and then make it fast cause you need food tonight
Preheat pan with a medium low heat
Layer your pepperoni, then anchovy then generously top with cheese, cheap preshredded that has melted together in the fridge is ok here. Testing conclusive
Then top with tortilla when it starts to melt, keep the heat low and let this cook, pressing down on it for the first few minutes.
Let this cook for a long time on a low heat, cook the moisture out but dont rush to caramelize it or you have a bad time. 8+ minutes.
You will now want to separate the edges and try to make sure you can shake the pan a little and see it slide, lower a plate carefully on top and flip holding them together.
Put the ingredients together, (cheese slices-> rice -> hot sauce-> bacon-> greens-> avocado) roll the burrito and then put with the flap side down back in the pan for a couple minutes until browned and sealed.
I also recommend flipping it and grilling the other side while pressing with a gentle weight on both sides.
And done, salty, creamy, delicious. This is really cool! Impressive number of ingredients tbh
Haha thanks!
I mean yes but its the variety of flavors that make things good, plus I was going for Salty Meat Flavor™ and these were all things I had on hand.
This looks unexpectedly delicious.
I am not sure how this abomination would satisfy a craving for Taco Bell. Where’s the fiber laden, taco seasoned beef?
Oh you think it is taco seasoning on their meat? I dunno if I got that, I just get slightly spicy and overly salted. Then covered in cheese.
Pepperoni covers thay nicely and then avocado adds the fattiness for the grease of the beef and bacon… 3 food groups of salt and fatty.
