Strawman argument. I never said 55+ years olds need to bench press. Anyone can start exercising simply by walking more.

What’s actually mean is that American culture breeds obesity. Most Americans drive rather than walk. They eat shitty food rather than fruits and vegetables. People can pretend to be offended all they want, but it’s not going to resolve the issue. Some magical drug isn’t the answer. Perseverance and perspiration are.

I feel for anyone with 45% paralysis. It’s a lot tougher for them to do most physical activity. However, most obese people in America are not paralyzed.

I am about 90 pounds overweight. In 2023 I lost 56 pounds by switching white sugar in my coffee to honey and gave up ice cream, bread and pasta. This also lowered my Triglycerides well into normal range. I have a way to use a treadmill with my good leg but the muscle spasms after make it counter intuitive.

Now if we can just get all the fatties in America to read your post we’ll have this thing licked!
