I was a graphic designer for over 20 years. I believe it.
The client sketched this, and it was made without question. Or, the client gave the designer free rein, and the designer didn’t like the client. Or, there was no designer directly involved, and this was a PowerPoint template.
If it was real it was probably ai made without carefully reviewing the output
