It’ll be interesting when we have sufficient technology to change form at the snap of a finger. Maybe if we upload our consciousness and inhabit a digital realm it could be much sooner or if we become aware this is a simulation and learn how to alter it effectively.
My toenail clippings have more right to exist than the US government.
And we all know what your toenails have done.
Shit I was hoping you didn’t know tbh
There will be a reckoning, but it does support your point here.
I, for one, welcome our new trans overlords.
Go to the RNC, they’re all so deeply in the closet and in such self hatred they torment everyone else about it.
I’ve never heard anyone attempt to debate whether trans people exist, so the meme seems a bit weird.
The ‘debate’ seems to fall into two camps. Those who question the relationship to biological sex (sports, restrooms, prisons, etc), and those who label all such people as ‘deviant’ in some way (usually on pseudo-religious grounds or some other spurious right-wing nonsense).
It’s pointless conflating the two, they’re completely different debates for completely different reason with completely different (often vehemently opposed) groups. And it’s pointless pretending either are denying trans people’s existence.
If you’ve got a set of negative beliefs you need to fight against in society you need to actually address those beliefs, not some belief that sounds bad but nobody actually has.
Its very interesting how a seemingly neutral word like debate can remove the gleediness of others. The seemness of debate plays on the idea that debates are good; its good to talk about issues, its good to air ideas. But it opens a question that puts a questionmark on a human being. Are you welcome, or are you not?
The seemness is the tool for ripping us appart from each other; and it happens through questions. But we can parry!
By being aware of the seemness we can make our own. “Trans people has more right to exist than the washington beatling.” is a good example of how to do this.
we predate human civilization. we’ve always been here, and we always will be, as long as there are humans.
Who’s to say we won’t continue to exist after humans as well?

So, about that…
