A new AI data center can be up and running in a year. Building new energy infrastructure to power it could take a decade.

If it has no power and no network, then isn’t it just a warehouse?
Buying that many cpus, gpus, ssd’s, and ram is also slow and expensive nowadays, thanks to the same idiots that are building the data centers.
