Almost anywhere else is still a really Eurocentric and ignorant claim. The USA is to the left of the majority of countries on earth unless you are using the EUROPEAN economic binary which does not fit MOST of the world.

I bet Bernie, in the context of a more European style government would move himself further left. He seems to be pragmatic enough.
