Not every drug can be absorbed by the rectum of course, but stimulants are commonly taken this way. There’s also a famous scene in the movie Trainspotting where Rentboy boofs opium suppositories

It refers to taking drugs rectally. Not every drug can be absorbed by the rectum of course, but stimulants are commonly taken this way.
