i carry stuff myself because it sucks constantly having to ask my partner to stop and let me get something from the backpack. i carry a backpack around always. because i need water bottle etc.
Neither of us have a small bag. Got to have a bag big enough for a water bottle, snacks, a fan, wallet, lip balm, googly eyes, paracetamol, several fold up shopping bags, a mobile phone charger, etc.
I’m the big bag one.
My wife carries the big bag but in my defence it’s cause I have the bad back (well both of us a bit really…)

Honestly, it depends on the day, my outfit, and where I’m going. Most of the time I keep a small-medium size crossbody purse on me, but if I wanna dress up, I’ll get a small, cute little purse. I need to get a large purse at some point bc I find it a bit too often that I need the extra room, especially if I’m going out for a long time and need to bring water.
Is this a euphemism?
It says something greater about the relationship, but it’s also definitely literal
this is new information for me. that being said, my wife rarely carries a purse when i’m around. we were just giggling about this… last week? if she’s up for a teasing i’ll be giggling about it some more when she wakes up.
