    There is a lot of weirdness. For a long time now, anything alcohol doesnā€™t have to list its ingredients

      Well, yes and no. There are strict regulations on what you can call your alcohol, especially if itā€™s distilled. Beer has to be made with malt or a malt substitute. But anything else added will not be included.

      Also, every beer/cider/wine/etc label also has to be reviewed and approved, and it canā€™t be misleading. One thing that is not approved is obscene imagery, which is why you donā€™t see pornographic or overtly sexual labels.
